A demolished brick bungalow has made way for a unique two-storey dwelling. The client's brief was to adopt a traditional approach with oak framed features allowing high levels of light into the key living spaces. The clients chose to use the Alu-clad window frame system (aluminium externally and timber internally), which adds further quality to the appearance of the dwelling. The practice has been involved in all stages of this project and have now issued an Architects Certificate to complete the project.

We were recommended Northern Design Partnership by our builder, who did a terrific job securing planning permission for the demolition of our bungalow and rebuild of a bespoke family home. They fulfilled every aspect of the brief, providing creative ideas where appropriate, such as unique oak feature windows at the rear and eye-catching oak entrance porch. From design right through to completion Paul and Matt were very professional, innovative, friendly and always there to advise and assist every step of the way. We are delighted with how the project was handled; but most importantly highly delighted with the end result. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
