St David’s Court

We were commissioned by a local builder/developer to design a grouping of large detached dwellings on a site occupied by a dated, sprawling bungalow. The brief was to obtain planning permission for four. 2,500 to 3,500 sqft traditional and individual stone houses. We successfully gained the necessary approvals and from there completed full working drawings to enable the developer to construct the properties.
