A planning application has been submitted for seven new dwellings on a brownfield site in Ripponden. The developer is adopting a fresh, contemporary approach, featuring materials such as Rockpanel façade cladding and spacious open-plan ground floors.

Each detached dwelling has a unique front elevation, giving individuality to the development, while large glazed rooflights in both the main and rear flat roof forms ensure light-filled interiors throughout.
