Rushden House

The client purchased this property to undertake a full refurbishment and extension of the house. The brief was to design a distinctive contemporary extension that would take advantage of large private garden space. This was achieved with the use of bold aluminium clad horizontal and vertical bands, with infill render panels and expansive glazed areas. This creates open and light internal spaces which link to the external areas with minimal fuss.
