Royd Moor Conversion
Dwellings Thurlstone, South Yorkshire 2005
This project, located on the edge of the picturesque village of Thurlstone, involved the thoughtful renovation of an existing farmhouse and the sensitive conversion of six traditional stone barns. The barn conversions were carefully designed to preserve the architectural integrity of the original structures while offering a range of 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes.
Each property was uniquely designed, with some showcasing classic, traditional interiors, while others embrace a more contemporary aesthetic. The completed scheme stands as a testament to the successful fusion of modern living with rural charm, seamlessly blending with its stunning countryside surroundings.
