Rowgate Dwellings

Our practice has developed a series of design schemes for a secluded site in Upper Cumberworth. Initially, planning permission was granted for a detached contemporary dwelling, featuring expansive living spaces and large glazed apex openings that take full advantage of breathtaking northern views.

Building on this, we’ve also prepared planning drawings for an alternative scheme involving two contemporary homes, designed with a similar aesthetic. Both properties are designed to be net-zero carbon, incorporating enhanced insulation, photovoltaic (PV) panels, and an air source heat pump system. The scheme is due to be completed in 2026.
