Netherton Conversion

In mid-2023, we were commissioned to redesign a disjointed dwelling to better suit the needs of its new occupants. The existing layout lacked functionality, prompting the clients' desire for an open-plan living area, enhanced connectivity to the expansive garden, and a complete transformation of the home's exterior.

Using advanced modelling software, we created detailed visualisations, including external renders and internal walkthroughs, to help the clients fully envision the new spaces. The scheme gained planning approval and works are due to start soon.
