Netherton Conversion

In mid-2023 we were approached to design a scheme that would fully transform a disjointed dwelling. The existing spatial layout of the house did not function well for the newly occupying clients, who wished for an open-plan living space, a better connection to the extensive garden, and a transformation of the external appearance. Using modelling software we created detailed external images and internal walkthroughs to allow our clients to imagine spaces. A planning application has now been submitted for the proposals.
