Netherthong Development

We were commissioned by a local house builder to provide layouts and designs for this large residential site of 35 dwellings. The developers strive to construct excellent quality homes, mixing traditional with individual contemporary elements to set them apart from the competition. This was our brief and we designed a range of house types ranging from 1000 sqft terraces to 2,400 sqft 5-bedroom detached dwellings. The site achieved planning permission in July 2023.
