Meltham Dwellings

Two new dwellings have been completed in Meltham, blending traditional forms and materials with large front and rear glazing sections to add a contemporary touch. Designed as a cohesive pair, each house features a unique floor plan to provide individuality.

While the overall forms are simple, the sloping site presented challenges. To maintain a lower building height, portions of the first floor extend into the attic space, requiring additional steelwork and careful construction detailing.
