Leeds Road Industrial

The existing premises provided insufficient space for a successful local glazing business. The project brief was to increase the premises by over 1,000 sqm and to link the new aesthetic to the existing building to enhance the image of both the property and the company. To achieve this the existing brick buildings were overclad. The work was carried out whilst the business continued to run, which was no easy task as precision equipment was housed in the existing building.
