Bolton Renovation

The existing house was in a poor state of repair when purchased by our clients. The brief was to increase the accommodation within the property to support the needs of a growing family. The existing property had been unsympathetically extended in previous years, and the proposals were to bring the existing and new together to provide a unified design. The scheme involved providing extra bedrooms within the roof, extending to the rear to form a large living kitchen, and remodelling the front elevation with a contemporary glazed entrance area.
