Almondbury Renovation

This project undertakes a full renovation of an existing dated property. We were approached by the client to originally produce three separate schemes of varying complexity and cost before submitting a planning application.

The chosen scheme alters the layout at ground floor, by creating a larger open plan space, with a more functional shower room and utility incorporated. Externally windows are formalised, stone detailing is proposed, with two new bay extensions to the rear making the most of the southern views. The project will be finished off with extensive landscaping works and an external terrace.
