Alderley Renovation

The client approached the practice over the lockdown period with the brief of remodeling the existing dwelling. This included creating four spacious bedrooms all with dressing areas and en-suites, whilst creating an open planning living space opening out onto the garden. The scheme also needed to improve the front elevation. By removing the dormer feature, creating floor-to-ceiling, full-length windows, and introducing an additional cladding material, we believe that the front elevation is given a stronger form and a pronounced contemporary entrance. The dwelling is due to be completed in late 2022.
